Based in Armadale, the boutique real estate agency, specialising in the high-end 'luxury and lifestyle' property market has sold more than $1 billion of luxury homes in just over four years of operations.

With more than 60 years’ industry experience, and with a clear deliberate shift away from the 'large multi-office' mentality, Abercromby’s prides itself on being a different estate agency – in more ways than one.

The difference for Abercromby’s starts from the top-down, with all agents employed on a salary rather than the usual commission-based incentives accustomed in such an industry.

“Our virtual interactive websites have been developed to enable buyers anywhere in the world to view relevant features and information relating to a specific home directly, without the need for arduous hours searching different internet sites.

The individual websites offer detailed information that would not normally be available through standard online portals. Prospective buyers are able to read comprehensive property descriptions, view photo galleries or gather information about the neighbourhood they will potentially live in.

“These websites are particularly beneficial for us and serve to cater for our large international audience, particularly those Australians living abroad looking to return home to settle down in style,” Mr Derham said.
