January has started with a bang! The phones have rung non-stop with enquiries for quality family homes within the Stonnington & Boroondara school zones. The demand exceeds supply and will continue for the foreseeable future.

Top of the list are renovated homes with at least 3 bedrooms and 2 car garaging with good sized gardens within the school belts of Toorak, Malvern, Hawthorn & South Yarra. Given the lack of movement within these areas homes have become short in supply and we have many families (too many too count!) in desperate need of accommodation.
